Description
Oil on wood board. Landscape scene. Paint heavily applied and in impressionistic manner. View of North Street in Litchfield, CT. Street down center of canvas receeding in the distance. Trees with dark green fooliage line both sides of the street obscuring the majority of the buildings. The sun is setting at the end of the street. A few cars parked along the sides of the road. Predominately green and blue. Large wooden frame with reeded lines on all sides, painted gold.
