Cherry tilt top table, base with one bulbous turn below a simple graduated turned pedastol, iron locking device, no bird cage, three cabriole legs ending in pointed slip or snake feet. Table has been refinished

Through George Smith, from Miss Peacocke: "Says (table) came from Mr. William Thompson brother of Mrs. Tapping Reeve to his nieces the Misses Anna and Sally Thompson. I believe that piece came from that home."
