Description
A: Dress uniform hat (worn with 2006-42-1 a,b) Navy blue wool. Round body with flat top slanted from front to back. Short leather brim on front. Two stripes of gold trim around hat. Large gold metallic eagle on front, gold metallic leaves on leather brim. Two brass buttons on either side of hat with gold metallic band attached to each button. Interior of hat has leather sweatband with "Russia Leather" stamped in gold. Lined with dark blue or black silk. B,C: Heavy cardboard box and lid covered with black paper on exterior
