Dark blue wool sleeved waistcoat with linsey-woolsey lining; heavily trimmed with silver ribbon braid around neck, down front, on pockets and cuffs of sleeves; sleeves are a slightly different blue; twelve buttons down front; four buttons trim cuffs which are deep; sleeves lined with white linen
