White mull dress, material sheer, floor length with alternating bands of embroidery at hem - band of wavy lines alternating with band of embroidered flowers; high waist line (not quite as high as empire) short puff sleeves with ruffle at cuff and vertical from shoulder to cuff on sleeve; front has three bands of floral embroidery that start at neckline and meet at waist - fabric rushed in between bands; wide neckline, drawstring and one hook & eye on back at neck
