12 guage pump action shot gun. Wooden stock and wooden cylindrical pump with incised lines. Barrel and firing mechanism steel. Rectangular hole in underside to hold magazine of bullets. No decoration. Engraved on one side of barrel "Marlin Firearms Co. New Haven CT. U.S.A./Pat'd May 1896, June 9, '96, Oct. 5 1897, Nov. 27 1900, Mar 29 1904 Nov. 29, '04 Aug. 7 1906, March 24 1908 May 19 '08" and "12 GA" Engraved behind hammer "Marlin Model No. 19S" Engraved by magazine hold "A13431"
