Description
Red, blue, black, and brown border design featuring patterns and figures, many pencil notes on the side regarding references and ratios for archway sketches (mostly illegible). There are painted details with their dimensions listed on the page in centimeters. A sticker on the backside reads: “Austin Purves ‘Exhibition Board of the Philadelphia chapter, American Institute of Architects and the T square club twenty-ninth architectural exhibition, 1926” Border Decoration. Assisi” It looks as though some sort of mat was around the work but was ripped off, appears water damaged and chipping of the mat is present.
