Description
White lace U shaped collar; lace ruffle around neck and side; 7 oval medallions of embroidery on horizontal axis. Scalloped edges. Edges of collar at opening are not symmetrical - on the left side the top ruffle carries around to the edge and is worked into the bottom, the ruffle is bunched up and tacked down under the 1st medallion
