Printing: "CERTIFICATE / This Certifies that the enclosed / is the official Badge of the 35th National / Encampment of the G.A.R. / Signature / Chairman Committee on Badges." Pin bar has banner with 35th NAT/L ENCAMPMENT and below G.A.R. in red, white and blue. Badge has a replica of the monument in the city with pendant swag with legend: "CLEVELAND / SEPT. 1901 9-14.
