Paper label adhered to front, blue text on off-white, "CRUTCH & MacDONALD/CORNER DRUG STORE/ROB'T O'BRIEN, REG. PHARMACIST/LITCHFIELD, CONN." Prescription information below, handwritten, including prescribing doctor (Turkington).
