Description
A: Silver medal - rectangular bar pin with two chains extending from bottom. Chain attach to a medal. Resembles a cross with a round center and decoratively shaped arms. Center has "C" "B" "S" overlapping and intertwined with each other. Printed around edge of center "AMA VICTORIA CURAM 1896" B: Cardboard box covered in white glossy paper. Printed on lid "C.B. Wilkinson/Manufacturing Jeweler/No. 42 John Street/New York" Lined with purple silk. Medal attached to silk
