Dress

The dress is made of blue silk netting over a cream colored silk lining. It has a high neckline and wide shoulders. The doy of the dress falls straight down to the waistline. The waistline itself is rather low and would sit on wearer's hips. A small piece of piping defines the position of the waist. The skirt portion of the dress is gathered at the waist and falls with a slight flare. The hem-line is not straight, it is composed of a series of points. The dress is decorated with elaborate beading at the hem and directly above the waist. A complex series of twists and turns in opaque white and silver colored glass beads make up the design.
