Print of an area home (not yet identified) Cape style house with gambrel roof and three dormer windows across top. Driveway extends along right side of etching with garage built below brade of house. House has center chimney. Trees behind and to side of house. Signed "R. Hinchman"

Donor found the picture in her house. Believed it was part of George Switzer calendar at one time.
