Description
35 ¼" long, 1 ¼" stepped metal tip, round reddish wood shaft to brass plated top of 1 ½" band with name plate: H. WALDSTEIN'S/PATENT/41 UNION SQUARE N.Y. quarter circle knotches corners and nailed on, 5" revolving top with eyeball shaped opening that slides over brass inner pipe with similar opening. Cats two part flattened sphere top with 1 ¼" nippled nozzle extension. Tapered 'wattle' hanging from bottom of sphere under nozzle. For liquids (?)
