Comment

Each year a team of six members of the Litchfield Golf Club drove to Norfolk to meet a similar team of the Norfolk Downs to play for the Eldrich cup. The team winning five times kept the cup. This was the first cup and won by Litchfield. What happened to the others, the donor does not know. He played on the team in 1928. Each winning member received a small cup as well.
