Description
A: Mahogany box with hinged lid. Two metal hook and eye clasps in front. Interior of box unlined. B: Round brass compass with silver metal face. Marks on face demarcating directions with suspended needle in center. Face covered by glass. Metal sights which folds across face of compass. C: Separate handle,. Triangular shaped but with rounded corners. Screws into bottom of compass and allows compass to fit onto a tripod.
