Description
Ivory silk G.A.R. golden anniversary ribbon with American flag at top with metallic ribbon at center to create a bow. Printed in gold on top on the ribbon is a three-quarter profile of Dr. B.F. Stephenson, founder of the G.A.R, followed by "GOLDEN ANNIVERSARY / 19TH CONN. INFTY / AFTERWARDS / 2ND C.V.H.A, / ANNUAL REUNION / CAMP DUTTON / SEPT. 11, 1912." Slits were made at the bottom sides of the ribbon and the bottom fringed. Top of ribbon is folded over to the back and a long stick pin secured. Paper sticker label on back.
