Description
Ivory silk G.A.R. golden anniversary ribbon with American flag at top with metallic ribbon at center to create a bow. Printed in gold on the ribbon is a three-quarter profile of Dr. B.F. Stephenson, founder of the G.A.R., followed by "GOLDEN ANNIVERSARY / 19TH CONN. INFTY / AFTERWARDS / 2ND C.V.H.A. / ANNUAL REUNION / CAMP DUTTON / SEPT. 11, 1912." Slits were made at the bottom of the ribbon. Top of ribbon is folded over to back and a long stick pin secured. Sticker paper label on back.
