Irregularly-shaped ceramic (porcelain) dish. Four voided holes at top of outer edge. Dashes of gold leaf paint around outer edge. Three flowers - red, purple, and blue - painted at top. Square, transfer-printed image in center, showing view of Bantam Lake. Silver leaf border around outside of image. Label on bottom "Wheelock" and "Made in Austria/for/Wheeler Pharmacy Co./Litchfield, Conn."
