Description
Shallow leather patch with steel frame. Bottom of frame has steel bar attached. Flap of pouch has metal corner. Metal ring at top with orange string braided through it. Brass plaque on inside of flap with Asian characters printed on it. Called a Chuck Muck in Tibet which means "flint and steel"
