Description
Round body canteen. Made of tin. Three square shaped brackets soldered at different points along seam of canteen. Linen tape passed through these brackets creating a strap for carrying canteen on shoulder. Short neck. Cork stopped attached to chain which is affixed to one of the brackets. "E.B. Van Winkle" written in ink on linen tape strap
