Starting from top "Monmouth" "Germantown" "Lexington Alarm" "Fort Saybrook" "Pequod War" "First Encounter" Bars backs with a blue and red striped grosgrain ribbon. Metal attached at bottom. Rotates. On one side bust of Geo. Washington and words "Washington Continental Guard" On other side, scene in relief of European men battling with Native Americans. Printed underneath "We Love Our Country"
