G.A.R. medal. Front side has a relief profile of the beaded Lincoln with dates 1809 and 1909 on either side of shoulders and the quote "With Malice Toward Non, With Charity for All" printed around edge. Back side has a border of wreath made up of a branch of oak leaves on right side and branch of olive on left surrounding legend "This Medal was struck for the Grand Army of the Republic in Commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of the Birth of Abraham Lincoln"
