Description
Side chair, dark stain; rush seat. Chair has turned back posts ending in vase finials with knob. Three flat, reeded banisters. Saddle crest rail. Front legs round with one ring. Ball front foot. Two turned front stretchers. Two round stretchers on side and one round stretcher in back.

Purchased from Mrs. Norton Warner, North St. Litchfield. The chair belonged to Norton Warner's great great grandfather Simeon Smith of Sharon, CT.
