Four drawers on front gradually getting smaller from bottom to top. Top of desk hinged to fold down and rest on two arms which extend out from either side of top drawer of desk. Interior of desk has two rows of thin rectangular drawers with a row of cubby holes above. Top of cubby holes has an undulating skirt. There is one pair of through tenons on the back of the desk supporting the top drawer. Also the underside of the desk is constructed using cross bracing. There is also a large cleat holding the bottom of the desk to the front molding.
