A: Navy blue wool dress jacket; three stripes on each arm above wrist with one star on each arm just above; gold braid; double breasted; three brass buttons on each side; three inset pockets, no flaps; two interior pockets - one vertical, one horizontal; four bars decorate above breast pocket - three long and one short; middle bar has one small metal star; upper bar has four little stars; top bar (short one) has the letter "A" on it; label inside right pocket "Frank Thomas Co. Norfolk" B: Navy blue wool dress uniform pants; metal zipper; inset pockets at side seam; slightly decorative stitching; belt loops on waist band; no cuffs; falt front; two back pockets; two buttons on outside back waist band; four on inside front waitband; lable "Frank Thomas Company Norfolk Virginia For Mr. ES Stevens"
