Description
Three-piece G.A.R. reunion medal. Gold metal bar pin at top with "COMRADE" label. Ivory silk ribbon with gold printing:: "65TH ANNUAL / REUNION / OF THE / 2ND CONN. / HEAVY / ARTILLERY / LITCHFIELD / SEPT. 11, 1930." Ribbon gathered into a button with a black and white photograph of a a mustachioed man in uniform, the commander of the G.A.R. unit at the time of issue. Marks printed on back of ribbon and back of button.
